About the Author

My name is Erin O’Leary-Gore. I am 67 years old and am married to Larry Gore. I have a 25 year old daughter, Jordan Sierra McCune who is the mommy to Presley and is married to Ian McCune.

I have recently retired and after many years in the workforce, I checked the most important thing off of my checklist and that was to write a children’s book. 

I took a masterclass in the subject and once I began to write, I could not put it down until I completed the perfect little story.

I was born and raised in Sacramento, California and still live there with my husband and Gracie and Sammi. My daughter and family live close by.

I hope you enjoy this sweet story about a lonely little girl and a lonely puppy who find each other and become best friends as work through a few challenges together.
